Terms and Conditions:

Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the spreadsheets and other products sold through our web site (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”).

1. Limited usage granted: Your membership grants you the rights to use purchased B&RSC spreadsheets on one Bet Angel account. For example, a spreadsheet purchase entitles you to use that Big & Rich spreadsheet so long as it is for your private use. 
2. Modifications: Our spreadsheets will generally be protected and modifications on such sheets are prohibited and will not be possible. Occasionally we may publish a spreadsheet that is not protected and modifications will be possible and encouraged. You may not however redistribute or release any modifications. You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the spreadsheet.
3. Unauthorised use: You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from the Big & Rich Spreadsheet Club. Please contact us if you require more clarification.
4. Updates: All spreasheet are designed for the latest versions of Bet Angel Professional and Microsoft Excel, but we can give no guarantee, that the templates will run with future versions of these products. Members may use the forums to address any issues related to software versions.
5. Delivery: After we have succesfully received your payment, your B&RSC spreadsheet download information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, B&RSC members will have instant access to club forum and be able to purchase products.
6. Assignability: You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer Big & Rich Spreadsheet Club spreadsheets to anyone else.
7. Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of bigandrich.co.uk. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
8. Use of Content: You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the developer.
9. Refund policy: Since bigandrich.co.uk is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we can only offer refunds if your account has not been logged-into yet.
10. Warranty: The Big & Rich Spreadsheet Club does not warranty or guarantee these spreadsheets in any manner. Please ensure that you have the latest version of Bet Angel Professional and at least Microsoft Excel 2000.
11. Support: bigandrich.co.uk offers these spreadsheets ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of Bet Angel or Microsoft Excel etc. A private members-only forum is available to Club members. bigandrich.co.uk does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions.
12. Liability: No liability for any losses incurred can be accepted and use of the spreadsheets or any information contained on this site is at your risk only.
